The established chef and restaurant owner Jeff Ho brings his culinary talents to one of Hobart’s most popular eateries, Asian Gourmet on the Pier. Ho takes fresh, national produce into the kitchen and combines it with his own unique flavours and cooking expertise; it is well known that he will go that extra mile to make sure your meal is of the upmost quality.
Customers will be pleased to hear that the menu focuses on providing unsurpassed tastes and hearty portions; big prawns, tender calamari, salt and pepper squid that explodes with flavour and fish that parts at the slightest touch, before melting in the mouth. The pork in lettuce wrapper is another favourite, as is the sumptuous beef tenderloin.
The service here is polite, quick and attentive to whatever needs or worries you have. What’s more, by overlooking Sullivan Cove, diners will be hard pushed to find a more picturesque setting in Hobart for their meal.
