Description

On this full-day tour, travellers head north from Hobart to Cradle Mountain, with breaks to stretch, get coffee, and eat (own expense). At the Cradle Mountain Information Centre, you can stock up on water before spending two hours exploring the Dove Lake circuit or other walking options of different lengths.

Next are the Enchanted Forest and King Billy Pine walks, featuring ancient trees up to 4000 years old. Native wildlife like Tasmanian devils, wombats, spotted quolls, and wallabies may be seen. After about 4.5 hours of walking and sightseeing, the tour continues east to Launceston where you will be dropped off at your hotel or accommodation.

The tour departs Hobart at 7:00 AM and arrives in Launceston by 6:00 PM. Note that accommodation in Launceston is not included and must be arranged separately. The tour does not return to Hobart.
