Queenstown Heritage Tours offer tours in and around Queenstown including the popular Mt Lyell Copper Mine tour which is one of the few underground mines in the world to offer the chance to tour a working mine.
Mt Lyell Underground Mine Tours
Come have a look and see what is involved in mining. Venture approximately 9 kilometres down the 'Main Decline'.
The tour is fully guided and provides all protective equipment. Suitable for ages 14+.
Tours operate 7 Days a week at 10am & 2pm. (Other times by arrangement)
