Description

Day 1: Arrival in Launceston Upon landing, you'll be picked up from the airport and checked into your hotel. If there's time, visit Launceston Cataract Gorge, a great place to unwind after traveling. Afterwards, explore Launceston at your leisure. Day 2: Cradle Mountain Tour Head to Cradle Mountain, located in a World Heritage listed National Park. Marvel at waterfalls, glacial lakes, and rainforests. Take in the stunning views of Cradle Mountain over Dove Lake. Day 3: Bay of Fires Visit St Columba Falls for a nature walk. Enjoy lunch in St Helen’s, then drive to Binalong Bay and the Bay of Fires lookout. See the Bicheno Blow Hole and arrive at your Bicheno accommodation. Day 4: Wine Glass Bay Cruise Start the day traveling to the cruise departure point. Enjoy views of Freycinet Peninsula and the clear waters of Wine Glass Bay. Look out for dolphins, seals, and seabirds. Drive to Hobart for an evening at leisure. Day 5: Port Arthur Leave Hobart and cross the Derwent River, passing oceanic and coastal scenery. At Port Arthur, join guided tours of the main site and Isle of the Dead. Learn about its historical significance before returning to Hobart. Day 6: Bruny Island Cruise Take a full-day guided tour of Bruny Island, including a 3-hour wilderness cruise. The day includes morning tea, lunch, and commentary. Return to Hobart in the evening. Day 7: Mt Wellington, Mt Field, Bonorong, Richmond Visit Mt Field National Park to see Russell Falls. At Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, meet rescued animals. Enjoy lunch in historic Richmond then drive up Mt Wellington for panoramic views. Return to Hobart. Day 8: Huon Valley Tour southern Tasmania, including a walk in Tahune Forest and a visit to Hastings Caves in the Huon Valley. Day 9: Salamanca Markets (Self Explore) If it's Saturday, explore Salamanca Markets from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Browse stalls selling fresh produce, crafts, and street food. Day 10: Departure Our driver will transfer you from your hotel to Hobart Airport for your departure.
