If you are walking down Liverpool Street in Hobart then you'll be victim to the enticing smell of coffee. The barista of Cultura starts early, preparing the velvety drink from the 'Di Bella' range for a delicious wake up call in the mornings.

Once you're inside, the friendly staff will make you feel right at home, and from its opening time at 7.30am right until closing, Cultura is a buzzing hub of activity. Right in the entrance, the fridge cabinet draws you in, filled with ciabattas and handmade desserts to suit everyone. Perfect as a tasty lunch to take away if you're in a hurry or take a look at the hot food menu if you're looking for a lazy afternoon with friends and a glass of wine or two. The cosy, friendly environment means you'll find it hard not to return more than once.

The perfect pick me up breakfast menu, with museli and french toast for a lighter option, or scrambled eggs and bacon for the more hungry.

Antipasti Menu

From bruschetta and beef carpaccio to pecorine and pear salad, all you could want for a light snack or starter.

Pizza Menu

All the traditional Italian toppings we know and love, with salami, basil, olives, anchovies and mozzarella galore.

Calzone Menu

The ever popular filled pizza bases with chicken, salami, prawns or mushroom.

Pasta Menu

A vast array of pastas, with well known dishes such as lasanga and canneloni, to more locally inspired dishes using local produce like the Tasmanian smoked salmon.

Wines and beers from local sources and further afield.

Take away Menu

Available from 11.30 onwards, the take away menu offers pizzas, pastas, paninis, soups and salads.
