Located within the precinct of the Grand Chancellor Hotel, Restaurant Tasman offers classic dishes updated with a fresh, modern twist focusing on the freshest Tasmanian produce available. Vegetables in season are sourced , coupled with fine Tasmanian meats or seafood this makes for a fine dining experience.

The restaurant also hosts regular special events and a winemaker's dinner once a month. The restaurant is open for breakfast as well.

Open for Breakfast from 6:30-10am, Dinner from 6-9pm
