Hanlon House Bed & Breakfast

Bed and Breakfast

Hanlon House is 4.5 star Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the historic town of Stanley on Tasmania's North West coast. Five ensuited rooms are available. Refreshments are offered on your arrival and Graham and Maxine are sure to help you relax and unwind from your journey. Both being sixth generation locals they can help you in planning what to see and where to go on your stay. Be that filling your day or just wanting to know where a good fishing spot is or a nice place to eat out.

Hanlon House was built in 1904 as the catholic presbytery and is situated a short stroll from the 'Nut', an old volcanic plug which was originally named Circular Head by Bass and Flinders in 1798. The top of the nut can be reached by chairlift or walking track and provides splendid views of the area.

Hanlon House is beautifully furnished in period style and enjoys splendid views of the Nut and coastline with beach and playground a short walk away.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 each morning and is cooked to order making best use of fresh local Tasmanian produce. Maxine and Graham's specialities are delightful.

Enjoy the beautiful views of Bass Strait from the dining room.
