Fruit and Berries

Eureka Farm has been growing fruits and berries since 1993 having developed the farm from scratch after buying the property in 1991. Fruits and berries produced on the farm are sold both through their shop and distributed to stores all over Tasmania. Free tastings are on offer with preserves made in the on-site commercial kitchen. On line shopping is available to purchase their jams, chutneys, savoury or sweet sauces. To try the ice cream though, you will have to visit in person.  Eureka Farm make a cream based custard with cream and eggs and then later we add puree fruit that is have grown on the farm. So much fruit in fact that the resulting ice-cream tastes like a sorbet it is that fruity.
