Spring Bay Seafoods are a Tasmanian based shellfish company operating on the East Coast of Tasmania, 100 kilometres north of the state capital, Hobart. Spring Bay Seafoods are primarily known for producing award winning blue mussels and scallops.

The expansive are marine farms located in greater Spring Bay and the passage between Spring Bay and picturesque national park - Maria Island.

The deepwater oceanic marine farms stretch across some of the most precious and pristine seawater in the world. Located 2 kilometres offshore with a fast flowing, cold and nutritious current, our marine farm is 25-35 metres deep providing a unique growing environment unrivalled anywhere and ideally suited to our unique style of shellfish farming.

Spring Bay Seafoods roe-on scallops and blue mussels start their journey here and end up on some of the finest restaurant tables in Australia and in nearby export markets throughout Asia.

Spring Bay Seafoods process scallops and mussels to a ready to cook state. The 'clean shaven' mussels are packed in a special climate controlled plastic box that retains the 'just harvested' quality.
