The Westerway Raspberry Farm is a family-owned farm supplying fresh Tasmanian berries and berry products at its Farm Gate shop.Westerway is one hour West of Hobart in the Derwent Valley.
Visitors can find a variety of freshly picked traditional varieties of raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, red currants, blueberries, cherries and strawberries. They can also find more unique varieties such as silvanberries, golden raspberries and josterberries.
Aside from fresh fruit, they also sell juice, ice cream, jam, sauce, liqueur, and teas made from berries grown on our farm.
The Clark family have grown berries since the 1960s. But the introduction of mechanical harvesting in the early 1990s helped transform the farm into one of the largest soft fruit farms in Australia.
Opening Times: Daily: 0900 - 1800 in December and January only.
Closed: Christmas and 1 February to 30 November.
