Come to Tasmania Golf Club for a world class experience where many of the state's leading and amateur golfers have played. This fantastic course has been open since 1971 and is designed by Al Howard. Beautifully manicured grounds will greet you here as they rise and fall creating challenging, well bunkered and breaking greens. The popular design has played host to a number of important golfing events such as the Australian Amateur Championship and the Tasmanian Open.
Only 15 minutes east of Hobart CBD and a mere two minutes away from the airport, the stunning Tasmania Golf Club is located on the attractively scenic Barilla Buff and is surrounded by water on three sides. Open all year round, the course is at its best during late spring and autumn when the Tasmanian climate prepares golfers for a challenging day's golf.
Other facilities on offer here include the welcoming clubhouse which boasts full locker room amenities and vast dining and bar facilities which provide the ideal casual eating location. The Golf Club also offers an adjoining deck area which overlooks the lovely 18th green and a fully stocked Pro Shop where an expert team of professionals are available for plenty of golfing advice.
