Villarett is found in the North West of Tasmania. You can enjoy this 4 hectare modern, formal garden which is the result of more than 30 years of care and attention by Graeme and Linda Chugg.
Beginning with just a few mature holly, beech and oaks trees that were planted near the start of last century, they have arrived at a sophisticated and contemporary garden, with good use of hedges and interspersed with eye-catching sculptures. There are conifers, roses, climbers, bulbs and more.
The licensed restaurant allows you to enjoy a meal, snack or drink. Seating up to 80, it can be booked for weddings or functions.
There is also a separate conference centre that caters for up to 60 people.
A guest cottage is located in a private corner of the garden - what a beautiful spot to stay the night.
Being located on a hillside Villarett has sweeping views of the surrounding farmland.
Villarett is 6 days a week, closed Fridays.
