Capitalising on the fresh air, clean water and high quality produce that grow in Tasmania, the Gourmet Sauce Company produces finest quality sauces, jams and assorted condiments.
The Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company is both a production and tasting centre. There is a shop on site selling the range of goods produced by the company. There are gift packs and hampers available as well as individual products. Recipes and serving suggestions using their products are available on their website.
Pause for a spell and watch the products being made from the kitchen viewing area.
You can also enjoy the lovely garden and topiary nursery. The garden has been transformed from a paddock over the last 23 years by the owners Tim and Julie Barbour. Notes are available for a self-guided tour of the gardens covering the history of both the house and gardens.
The Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company is located at Evandale which is about 20 mins drive to the south of Launceston.
