At their Wynyard plant they produce a range of cheddar cheese, available in supermarkets. The site also produces whey powder for domestic and export markets.
The Spreyton plant makes butters and spreads, and produces anhydrous milk fat, lactose and frozen cream for domestic and export markets. At the 2011 Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Show their Duck River Premium Butter won Champion Butter.
