The King Island Dairy range includes Brie, Camembert, a range of Cheddar cheeses, Washed Rind, Triple Cream, Blue, Crème Fraiche, Pure Cream, Ricotta and Mascarpone. For a rea treat try King Island Dairy's Black Label range which comprises Brie, Cloth Wrapped Cheddar, Cheddar, Reblochon and Blue Triple Cream.
All King Island Dairy products are made exclusively at the factory on King Island, with all milk sourced from King Island dairy farmers. King Island is one of the few areas in Australia and indeed the world, where cows graze on pasture all year round. As a result, the cow's milk is highly desirable for cheese production and results in award winning, premium produce.
