The Tasmania Distillery was established in 1994 on the banks of the River Derwent at Sullivans Cove. Now situated at Cambridge, near Hobart, their Sullivans Cove Single Malt Whisky is an award winner.
Being small the emphasis is on quality, with the Sullivans Cove Single Malt selected from only the best barrels. Each bottle is filled and labelled by hand; with no chill filtering, colours or flavours used.
Products include Mt Wellington Gin, Storm Bay Vodka and whisky liqueurs. Their signature Sullivans Cove Single Malt Whisky is available matured in different types of casks, such as bourbon or port cask matured.
