Treat yourself to a full-day VIP wine and art day tour at Mona, the Museum of Old and New Art - a match made in the proverbial. Begin your day by taking Mona's MR-1 Fast Ferry from Hobart’s Brooke St. Pier at 09:15 AM. Travel in style in the ferry’s super exclusive Posh Pit, with complimentary Moorilla wine, Moo Brew beer and delicious snacks. Upon arrival, entry to the museum will be included in your tour. Begin your self-guided exploration of Mona's permanent collection and an array of blockbuster exhibitions. At 11.30 AM, Moorilla’s Wine Ambassador, a bone fide expert in all things wine, will take you through an intimate vineyard tour. Taste wines and delve into the backstory of Moorilla, David Walsh and Claudio Alcorso, who planted Moorilla’s first vines. Enjoy an exclusive tasting of the best wines from Moorilla/Domaine A decanted into fancy glassware. Get a complimentary bottle of Muse wine to take home. Afterwards, enjoy a 2-course lunch at The Source Restaurant with matched wines from Moorilla’s benchmark Cloth Label and Muse Series. Enjoy stunning views of the Moorilla vineyard, kunanyi/ Mount Wellington and the Derwent River. After lunch, there will be enough time to discover the remaining levels of Mona before you end your day by taking the ferry back to Hobart’s Brooke Street Pier at 5:00 PM.
