Westhaven Dairy is located in Launceston, Tasmania and produces an excellent range of hand made Cows' and Goats' milk cheeses and yogurts.
The Cows' and Goats' milk used in Westhaven's products comes from farms located in the clean environment of Northern Tasmania.
Started by Geoff and Lorraine Mance, Westhaven continues to grow with Lorraine, daughter Melinda and granddaughter Lydia carrying on the family tradition.
Westhaven Dairy is located in Launceston, Tasmania, and produces an excellent range of hand made Cows' and Goats' milk cheeses and yoghurts. All the milk is produced in the clean, green environment of Northern Tasmania and is hand made into products with no added colours, flavours or emulsifiers.
Cows milk products include Fetta, Marinated fetta, Persian Fetta, Haloumi, Paneer, Quark, Brie, Yoghurt.
Goats' milk products include Chevre, Fetta, Marinated Fetta, Persian Fetta, Haloumi, Havarti, Gouda Style,Yoghurt.
